Forms of Learning

Lessons at Amelia Earhart Grundschule are aligned with the Hessian core curriculum and include additional individual topics defined by Amelia Earhart Grundschule. Thus they cover several more topics than the curriculum at a regular public school.

The pedagogical concept of Amelia Earhart Grundschule combines classical reliable learning methods with modern forms of teaching and learning. For this we look at the newest scientific findings regarding ways of learning. A special focus is put on the individual learning process of each child.

A prime example for project work is the project “media studio”. During this project the students were able to tackle different topics regarding media. The project was documented on a website specifically set up for this event.
